Welcome to our interest check for

finaldestinations, an upcoming murdergame set to open April 26th. This will be a 2-week murder mystery game intended to accommodate anywhere between 2-30 players.

Final Destinations is a short-termed murder mystery game set at an exquisite vacation destination in a universe separate from your own. Characters will arrive on-site remembering they've been ushered from their homes for an all-expenses-paid trip, and subsequently remember the near-fatal accident that almost occurred on their way here. All seems wonderful at first, but soon they will find themselves tasked with solving the mysteries of this city and making sure this relaxing spot isn't their final resting place.

HIGHLIGHTS

With that introduction to pique your curiosity, here are some highlights to keep in mind:

🕶️ Characters will appear as if they've been pulled from their current canon point without missing a beat. They will be aware they've been selected for a vacation, but it's up to you if they willingly went along with this choice.

🕶️ Tentatively there is not a current age limit being enforced for applications. This, of course, will be re-addressed on a case-by-case basis to make sure that, considering the nature of the game, player comfort isn't sacrificed in the spirit of creative freedom. Likewise, characters of any origin, shape, or form may be applied to this game, so long as there's a way that they can be killed. If you're unsure of what you may have in mind, feel free to ask!

🕶️ Powers will be nerfed completely upon a character's arrival unless you opt to selecting one power in lieu of one item from home upon arrival. Please see our application template for more information.

🕶️ Character cast caps are set at three per canon. Since this is a smaller game, franchise canons will be counted as a single cast (for example, one character from FFVII, one character from FFX and one character from FFVIII would mean the Final Fantasy cast had reached its cap).

🕶️ Being a murdergame, there will be situations that arise in which your character may be asked to kill, or in which your character may be killed! We will also have murder proposals open, so you can rain death on others even if you aren't asked to. In some cases, bribes or blackmail may be directed to the characters at various opportunities to motivate them into spilling blood. Please keep in mind that, especially given the length of this game, your character may be killed at any point in the game with little warning.

🕶️ With that in mind, while it's easier to have a character that would be a little bloodthirsty and ready to kill, this is not entirely necessary! Characters should have some negative qualities to draw from, but pures are fine as long as you can come up with a reason for them to kill. All that we ask is that your character has at least one or two things that could sway them into killing should the need arise.

This game will run on an invite-only basis with a limited +1 allowed on a case-by-case basis. If you received an invite from Ty, Zetsu or Anais, you're golden.
