MURDER PROPOSALS

MURDER PROPOSALS

Looking for a way to spice things up? How about throwing in a murder proposal? Proposals are open to everyone in the game and are a good way to allow your character to murder simply because they feel like it. Sometimes these things just happen.

We highly encourage players to come to us and send in murder proposals to spice up the game and make things more fun in trials! If you have a great idea but are struggling with motive, feel free to submit something - we might be able to figure something out.

We are generally pretty relaxed when it comes to murder proposals, but we do ask that you have a clear idea in mind of how you wish to go about your plan! We may also ask you to pick a different victim or change other aspects of your proposal depending on in-game events. In addition, we may ask you to hold off on your murder for a different week due to circumstances in-game. We will operate with a murder-queue in mind. Pile-ups often occur late in the game, so if you're sure you want to murder, it's a good idea to go early.

While we have allowed for self-defense proposals previously, in this game we will not be allowing self-defense/counter proposals due to the mechanics and game lore. We thank you for understanding.

Please see the form below, and please be sure to submit this by Tuesday at 9am PST of the week you wish to kill! This way we can coordinate with all parties involved.

Note to All Players: If you need to remove your character from gameplay for any reason, please flag your mods by Tuesday at 8am PST of that week. Thanks!

☠️ Proposal Form

Character name: Who you're playing

Contact: Your form of contact

Potential Victim(s): Please make this number no more than two!

Murder Plot: A basic rundown will suffice! We'd just like to know what your character is planning to do to their victim and what mechanics are in play. This helps us determine if the plot will fit, what items or resources may need to be pulled in and other necessary factors. If you have something detailed we won't stop you, but we are also happy to work with you!

Evidence: What could go wrong with this? What small piece of evidence or screw-up would be left behind that implicates the killer? This doesn't have to be blatantly obvious evidence! We encourage players not to latch onto evidence in trials, but we do ask that it's something that can be used to help think about the situation should characters apply a little logic and critical thinking. This can range from items, injuries, faulty alibis, etc.

Other: Any other questions, comments, or concerns that you have! We can address them with you at the time of contact.
